Within each apparatus in the apparatus power tool we ask that you indicate if the unit responded emergency, non-emergency, or one of two new options. Canceled, which means the unit was returned to service because it was either not needed, or replaced by another unit. I.e E501 is dispatched to an accident unknown injury but due to road conditions the decision is made to take G506. E501 should be marked as canceled in ImageTrend. E601 and E1001 are dispatched to a lines down call in Sturgeon. E601 responds and returns E1001. E1001 should be marked as canceled. Did not respond should be used for any apparatus that never responded to an incident it was dispatched to. I.e. T105 was dispatched to a structure fire but never responded. If the incident is very short in duration, less than 5 minutes, then canceled should be selected instead of did not respond. This may be common for medical or fire alarms.
