When documenting the flow test data, you can enter the details for each test individually or you can document the test data from several hydrants at one time. If you are entering test records for several hydrants at once, you also have the ability to edit any other details on the hydrant’s record through the Other tab in the edit modal.

Bulk Testing and Inherited Hydrants
- When bulk testing, you can select both agency-created and inherited hydrants to add testing records, but you cannot add testing records to inherited hydrants. The bulk Hydrant Testing modal displays a yellow to indicate how many of the selected hydrants will update.
- The hydrants on the list page that display System in the Source column are inherited.

HINTS:
- Sort the list Location (street) to quickly view the hydrants you need to test today. Use the hydrant icon
to create a testing record. Locations without a building number (e.g., 10th Street instead of 213 10th Street) sort by Street and not by 10th. - Bulk enter hydrant data for hydrants that have the same values. If there is a hydrant that requires different values, enter that hydrant separately.
- From the Hydrants List, select two or more hydrants.
- Click Bulk Actions > Hydrant Testing.
- Complete the fields.
The entered information applies to all the selected hydrants when you Save. - (Optional) To add more details, select the Other Fields tab.
- On the Other Fields tab, in the Field drop down, select a hydrant field.
- In the Value field, enter or select a value.
- Repeat steps 5-6 to add the remaining details that apply to all hydrants.
- Click Save.
